Title :
Electrical pollution—what is it and how do you prevent it?
Author_Institution :

Abstract :
This summary paper defines electrical pollution within the context of an electrical power system and draws an analogy between it and air-water pollution. It then describes the principles underlying its prevention. Finally the tools used to predict and design for its mitigation are described. One of these tools, a handheld electrical pollution screening tool, is new and is briefly described.
