The application of ISM in the commodity residential investment estimation

The investment estimation of construction project is critical in the stage of feasibility study, the result directly impacts on investment decision-making, Aiming at insufficient scientific defects of the artificial neural network which is applied in selecting input vector, ISM (Interpretative Structural Model) would be applied to analysis the factor affecting commercial house cost, the levels of the influencing factors would be divided by the influencing grade to the cost of commercial houses so as to select a greater impact factors on the cost as the input vector, and make the application of artificial neural network in the investment estimates are more reliability.
