Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to explore a scientific and systematized method to assess the level of demonstrative building for energy efficiency. Using Analytic Hierarchy Process theory, this paper presents a description and an application of a general target system and assessment model. A case study of demonstrative building was used to calculate scores and give the level of this demonstrative building. The results of evaluation show that it is quantitatively comparable to other demonstrative building and plays an important role in the determination of the amount of financial subsidies for demonstrative building.
