Abstract :
In this paper, the mechanism of how the local characteristic of the high-speed power delivery network conceal its global characteristic is demonstrated. A simple and novel method which can remove the effect of the local characteristic is developed by introducing an ideal non capacitance dielectric material. With the proposed method, the high-speed global characteristic of the power delivery network can be estimated more accurately by general network parameters. The validity of the proposed method is verified by numerical examples.
