Abstract :
Modern enterprise group is a product of organizational innovation to adapt to the changes of external environment and internal conditions, how to realize value creation abilities and levels have become the core and key factors of enterprise group´s problem. This paper discusses the value-effects of financial cooperative control of enterprise group based on cooperative game. The result shows that: Firstly, the premise and basis for enterprise group to achieve maximum value-effects are cooperation among members what can be achieved by financial cooperative control. Secondly, the value increasing of α and β can improve the possibilities of enterprises´ cooperation so as to ensure the increasing of total value-effects. Thirdly, the raising of value-effect coefficient γ can satisfy the necessary and sufficient condition for game parties to select “cooperation” tactics and also can be conducive to the improvement of value-effect of enterprise group.
