Abstract :
Before the socializing reform of university logistics, it was mainly self-employed and non-profit oriented, which caused more managing costs and serious waste of resources. After the implementation of the socializing reform, many universities cannot control the scale of the reform. As a result, the side effect of marketing evidently shows up. Some operators of the logistic service project put profit in the first place, leading to the price increase of most public service, but bad service quality, influencing the normal life and study of students and faculty members. Essentially, this is a game between the universities and the operators. Based on the mathematical model of grade payoff, with scientific methods, this paper explores the guiding suggestions and strategies of the phenomenon concerned.
