Abstract :
This paper is based on the dynamics characteristics of the air-cylinder; develop the air-cylinder piston wear ring axial deflection with LuGre model, then use the MATLAB to simulate the axial deflection and get the relevance between axial deflection and cycles. Meanwhile, set up the air-cylinder piston durability experimental platform, achieve a large number of data and compared with simulation data, predicate the life cycles when the air-cylinder leakages reach the ISO 19973.
