Abstract
Presented in this paper is the analysis of I.D. Morozovpsilas (1912-2006) activity on the basis of his letters to Sevastopol historian E.A. Fedotov during 1994-2002 [1]: in the fifties during the testing of the first native VHF radio terminal and investigation of long-distance propagation effect and passive relaying within VHF band, and in the nineties during consultation of E.A. Fedotov in the field of radio invention priority.
