  • Abstract
    The results of the receive development in 40.5 - 42.5 GHz for communication circuits are presented. The receiver realized accomplished an amplification of input signal and following conversion in standard frequency band 0.95 - 2.15 GHz. The main functional units are designed on base of microwave monolithic integrated circuits (MMIC). Noise factor of the receiver was not more than 4.2 dB.
