Abstract :
It was experimentally studied the change of longitudinal sizes of microwave diode active structure in the pulse mode. Relative increment of longitudinal sizes of semiconductor structure in anode-to-cathode direction was 3...5% at the nominal supply voltage. At the low pulse repetition rate there was a tangible vibration of semiconductor structure.
