Abstract :
A new interactive ldquovisualrdquo design procedure for MMIC matching networks is proposed. The procedure is implemented in CAD tool and provides the exact, fast and convenient design of MMICpsilas accounting for element losses and parasitics. An example of designing MMIC matching network is demonstrated.
