Abstract
A novel design methodology for transistor-only CMOS analog filters is proposed. The design is based on an integrator which utilizes the intrinsic capacitances of MOS transistors operating in the saturated subthreshold mode. The advantages of the design approach are simple filter design approach, low device count, low power dissipation, and compatibility with digital VLSI wafer processing technology. Design examples are given
