Abstract :
The paper introduces that an approach of Electrocardiograph(ECG) FIR filtering based on FPGA, combined with DSP Builder and Quartus II for hardware and software simulation, gains the best ECG FIR filter. FPGA is used to dually filter the collected ECG signals which includes the 50Hz interference and high-frequency interference, which further enhance the filtering effect. The design can effectively filter out noisy signal, to overcome the shortcomings of analog circuit filter, thus reducing the complexity of analog circuits to improve FPGA-based ECG monitoring system performance, contribute to the judgment of the ECG´s diagnostic accuracy, and has a well practical value.
