  • Abstract
This research focuses on the flapping wing mechanism design for the micro air vehicle model. The paper starts with analysis the topological structure characteristics of Single-Crank Double-Rocker mechanism. Following the design procedure, all of the possible combinations of flapping mechanism which contains not more than 6 components were generated. The design procedure is based on Hong-Sen Yan´s creative design theory for mechanical devices. This research designed 31 different types of mechanisms, which provide more directions for the design and fabrication of the micro air vehicle model.
