Abstract
A variable structure control (VSC) method is designed to synchronize a chua´s circuit system with dead-zone in the control input, and a necessary and sufficient condition which can guarantee the stabilization of the sliding mode is obtained. By using VSC method, a new variable structure control law is proposed to ensure the occurrence of the sliding mode for the error dynamics even when the system with dead-zone nonlinearity control input, it is guaranteed that under the proposed control law, two identical modified chua´s system achieve synchronization. The proposed control law has less conservatism and can eliminate the chattering of the state error obviously. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
