Abstract :
Influence of changing rates of electric and magnetic fields, and also curvature of the electrodes (cathode and anode) on the processes of multiplication of an electron cloud in a cold-cathode magnetron gun is considered. It is shown that for changing in wide limits of impact energy (more than 5 times) and to rise efficiency of forming of an electronic beam in the cold-cathode devices it is necessary to increase droop rate of voltage between a cathode and anode, to decrease a value of the magnetic field and to increase the electrodespsila curvature.
