Abstract
An overview is presented of the current design of TEIES (Tailorable Electronic Information Exchange System). This system is intended to provide sufficient adaptability to allow it to support a wide range of applications in the areas of collaborative systems and group decision support systems. It is also intended to allow complete integration of communication and information services for users and groups
