Abstract
Outage management and reporting systems that have been installed in years past continue to have more demands placed on them to deliver greater functionality in real-time and analytical contexts. PacifiCorp has leveraged its systems to deliver more responsive actions after outages take place at locations throughout its system, using a combination of reporting and graphics to target areas where prompt actions need to be taken.
