            Abstract :
Photoelectric colorimetry is often used in the monitoring instrumentation in power plants. It has major shortcomings as follows: the high requirement for the stability of the light source; the impact of long-running light window scaling, corrosion and components aging on the measurement accuracy; the affects of dosing accuracy, temperature fluctuations and cross-contamination on measurement results. This article describes a new type of photoelectric colorimeter measuring system. Its adaptive light control method can solve the above problems and improve the measurement accuracy.
