  • Abstract
    In Data mining is the task of discovery interesting patterns from large amount of dataset. There are many data mining task such as classification, hierarchal clustering. In sequence clustering find set of data item occur together in some sequence. In the sequence database has attracted a great deal of interest during recent data mining research it is basis of many application in sequence clustering. The application may not be possible to apply a sequence clustering to all these problems. Each application may require unique model and solution. Such examine extract initial set of pattern, periodic collection of pattern, comparative performance and use message passing. We propose motif algorithm to handle using sequence clustering. In this paper provide our methods and perform experiment to show the efficiency and effectiveness of our approach.
