Abstract :
This paper presents a comprehensive simulation study of well known On-demand routing protocols Ad hoc On demand Distance Vector (AODV), Table-driven routing protocol Destination Sequenced Distance Vector (DSDV) and Hybrid routing protocol Zone Routing Protocol (ZRP) in different mobility scenarios generated by Random Waypoint model. The performance of the three routing protocols is analyzed with respect to Average End-to-End Delay, Average Jitter, Average Throughput, Normalized Routing Load (NRL) and Packet Delivery Fraction (PDF). The major goal of this study is to analyze the performance of popular MANETs routing protocol.
