Abstract
The given work is devoted to the analysis of the real multimedia traffic of the mobile communication traffic with the aim to estimate its fractal properties and characteristics; the work is also devoted to practical particularities of construction of the mathematical model on the basis of wavelet-analysis methods for solution of practically important problems of prospective planning and prediction of the service quality in the network.
