  • Abstract
    The design of data acquisition and signal processing system of mechanical vibration signal was realized based on LabVIEW graphical programming language.The system includes hardware and software. The hardware part consists of a piezoelectric acceleration sensor, a charge amplifier, one data acquisition card, PC and vibration experiment table; the software part completes the program design of data acquisition and signal processing of vibration signal. Experimental results indicate that LabVIEW is more simple, visual and reliable than other text languages, and this vibration testing system not only can perform real time data acquisition of multiple channels signal, waveform display, data storage, signal analysis, playback measurement and output printing, etc, but also has good expansibility, high speed and friendly interface. It is suitable for engineering personnel and laboratory use.
