Abstract :
Combined with the characteristics of smart substation, the power grid fault diagnosis structure of double layer independent decision based on Smart substation-Dispatching center is put forward. Smart substation diagnosis module is designed based on panoramic information platform, through analyzing three-state-data, using the numerical analysis method, the fault equipment is identified, and the fault event process is analyzed based on numerical analysis conclusion and by using the main information of event information, meanwhile the state of the abnormal components is identified using secondary information of event information. And then, in order to achieve the demand of analyzing complete fault process for dispatching center, the structure of diagnosis module of dispatching center is designed. Finally, using one example, the working process of the system is demonstrated.
