Abstract :
In recent years development of electronics is mainly concentrating on most fast, reliable and portable technology but the privacy of the users are becoming less to meet this requirement. CMOS current comparator has proved to be an efficient solution in CMOS VLSI technology to provide solution for these needs by low power dissipation and its speed of operation and Current mode CMOS multivalued logic circuits are interesting and have many applications in wireless communications. This paper proposes a CMOS multi-valued current comparator in mobiles indicate when the microphone, camera and speakers are active to protect the users from unauthorized misuse.
