    The implementation of “Labor Contract Law” in the enterprise has become an important issue of public concern. Through the random survey and interviews with 63 companies in Liaoning Province, discussion group researched their practice and evaluation on the acceptance of “Labor Contract Law”, signing of labor contracts and social security payment. The results of survey show: State-owned Enterprises, Collective Enterprises and Foreign-funded Enterprises comply with the “Labor Contract Law” is better than Private Enterprises and Individual Enterprises; Some employees do not fully understand the “Labor Contract Law”; Trade union is not fully effective in safeguarding the rights and interests of workers.
