Abstract :
In this paper, an Hinfin, state feedback controller is developed for a class of T-S fuzzy systems that not all the states are available for measurement. For a given T-S fuzzy system that not all the states are available for measurement, we design an observer to estimate the states, and then design a state feedback controller based on a piecewise continuous Lyapunov function to guarantee the global stability with a Hinfin performance. Finally, by the decoupling technique and a two-stage procedure, the overall control design problem is parameterized in terms of two linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) - one for controller and the other for observer. A simulation example demonstrates the applicability of the proposed method
