Abstract
This paper outlines what the Best In Class (BIC) companies have shown to work in today´s accelerated and challenging product development environment. The author has designed and applied product development processes that delivered as much as a 2:1 cycle time improvements and 30% development expense reductions across a spectrum of industries. These processes identified key success factors or project management principles that have demonstrated successful product delivery
