Abstract :
The comparison between theoretical calculations data (with Debay´s theory) for temperature dependencies of cloud absorption ratio at two points of millimeter wave band (MM WB) on the one hand and the data of annual radiometer observations on the other hand was carried out. The possibilities of controlling of average cloud temperature (using data of radiometer observations) as well as some possibilities of atmosphere water phase conditions and their parameters estimating for different zones of clouds was shown
