  • Abstract
    The mean-shift is a iterative algorithm. It has been widely used in the image processing and computer vision. But the convergence of the algorithm is not been strictly proved. The convergence of the algorithm is proved according to Cauchy Convergence Criterion. And a new rule is used in the clustering based on the mean shift. The validity of the algorithm is testified by the experiment.
