  • Abstract
    Personal identification numbers are commonly used for user authentication. Bio metric based digital signatures have evolved as a means of personal identification. Using biometric data securely and accurately is the most important concern in biometric based signature validation. Approaches to verifying biometric data which is the same as scanned data have been error prone. This paper uses a fuzzy set theory, geographic reference points and self updating database approach to improve the authentication verification of fingerprint data
