The measure of agricultural informatization level and the contribution of it to agricultural economic growth-based on the statistics of HUNAN province

Mainly according to the method of Marc Porat, based on the data of HUNAN province from 2003 to 2008,this paper calculates the Level of agricultural informatization, and empirical analyses the contribution of agricultural informatization to economic growth by using the amended C-D production function and the method of lagged variable and comes to the following conclusion: the level of agricultural informatization of HUNAN province was still at the initial stage, but the agricultural informatization has become the third source of agricultural economic growth in Hunan province, its contribution is only next to the agricultural labor and agricultural capital factor.
