There are great changes in teaching affairs because of different objectives in school managements. Therefore, teaching management system has to be adjusted for integration of trainees´ managements and students´ managements. The aims of this paper are to develop a new teaching management system based on BPM (Business Process Management). It is designed according to the teaching management process, simulates changes to the process, compares the various simulations to determine an optimal improvement, implement the improvement, and deploy this implementation and monitor the improvement in real teaching affairs and feed the performance information back into the simulation model in preparation for the next improvement iteration.
