Abstract :
Automated spectrometer of scanning millimeter band ESR microscope is developed. The main features are high frequency resolution, small scanning step and high dynamic range. The system of controlling and monitoring allows tuning the generator frequency, moving test object in the resonator and recording amplitude of microwave field when moving object is relative to magnetic gap. Measurements of electron spin resonance in check paramagnetic samples having known saturation intensity are done.
