  • Abstract
In this paper the authors propose a modelling strategy based on cellular automata for the solution of complex electromagnetic field problems. The results of computational experiments performed on the CAM-8 cellular automata machine indicate the success of this approach for modelling some benchmark electromagnetic field problems
