Abstract
Influence of surface-active substance (SAS) on some parameters of Doppler spectra of signals of centimeter and millimeter ranges back scattering by the disturbed water surface in laboratory and natural conditions is experimentally appraised. The use of these effects for the detection and selection of anthropogenic slice is discussed.
