The performance of trellis coded modulation (TCM), bit-interleaved coded modulation (BICM), BICM with iterative decoding (BICM-ID) and turbo trellis coded modulation (TTCM) is studied in comparison to the pan-European terrestrial digital video broadcasting (DVB) system.
