Abstract :
This paper presents a method for calibrating the far-field coaxial pointing error between two types of lasers at target chamber center, which consist of targeting lasers and collimating lasers. The simulation and analysis results show that the method can reduce the coaxial pointing error to less than 0.8μm, thereby enhancing the targeting accuracy.
