Abstract
“Making Academic Change Happen” (MACH) is a workshop designed and conducted by faculty of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. The purpose of the three-day workshop is to provide faculty, staff, and administrators with change management tools that can assist them as they enact change on their own campuses. These changes may occur at many different sites, from the classes that they teach to the campus as a whole. The purpose of our presentation at IPCC 2013 is to share with attendees one aspect of the MACH workshop: the change management strategies that we introduce that focus specifically on communication.
