Abstract :
Two HyMap scenes taken in September 1998 covering parts of the Mecklenburg lake district and an estuarine environment at the Baltic Sea coast were analysed for chlorophyll-a concentrations. The adapted algorithm accounts for shifts of chlorophyll-a absorption at lower concentrations to enable its application to waters both with high and low chlorophyll-a concentrations
