Abstract

According to the supply chain management problems in the modern automobile logistics enterprises, this article builds a modern comprehensive performance evaluation index system of modern automobile enterprise logistics supply chain using integrated methods, analyses the application of AHP method in Logistics supply chain management, synthesize performance evaluation index system, constructs a complete AHP evaluation model, also verifies the accuracy of performance evaluation method through practical case analysis.
