Abstract
A three-sector beam antenna is presented and the antenna parameters are optimized. The optimized antenna can complete the requirements of the application in IMT-2000 band for a mobile communication system and its structure can be used to reduce the cochannel interference at the base station in the same system as well. This proposed antenna is fabricated and tested to show that the antenna can be used in a practical situation.
