Abstract
This paper analyzes the connotation of financial risk by referring to the academic circle´ s management for financial risk and establishes an assessment system of financial risk from three aspects: borrowing risk, investment risk and unbalanced overall situation risk reflecting the overall financial risk situation. Then we uses the grey correlation incidence method to discusses the grey comprehensive dynamic evaluation method of financial risk of the institutions of higher education.
