Abstract :
This paper considers the cultural resources for corporate action tied into stakeholder models, criticizes current stakeholder models, and develops a perspective based in ethics and the political model of the stakeholder. The purpose of this analysis is to lay out models which recognize the cultural challenges related to the blurring of the boundaries of the corporation and the needs of different cultural contexts.
