Studying on the influencing factors of China´s “Eleventh Five-Year” energy-saving goals based on structural equation model

This paper uses structural equation model (SEM) to analyze the influencing factors of China\´s "Eleventh Five-Year" energy-saving goals. Main work of this paper is analysis of impact of the four factors\´ role of energy-saving goal concluding the industry structure, energy-saving technology, management, social awareness to draw the path coefficient of all the influencing factors and coefficient of measuring indicators in order to determine the importance of the influencing factors and related indicators. Some suggestions to the conclusion: the management energy-saving has the largest influence on energy-saving goals, so the government should focus on management energy-saving potential of mining, in the "Eleventh Five-Year" energy-saving work, and should also promote other areas to give full play to the role of energy-saving hand in hand, hence the energy-saving goals will realize successfully in the end.
