Abstract :
This paper analyzes the current methods of asset appraisal of patent and their limitations. It proposes a method using fuzzy mathematics in asset appraisal of patent by selecting a set of indicators. The paper contains the theoretical framework, the principles and the case analysis. Research shows that this method is practical way for asset assessment.
