Abstract :
Appraisement of Red Flag car driver is a representative sophisticated, imperfection of information and undefined grey system because factors of influence are large and subjective influence is complext in appraisal system. The paper establishes model of grey incidence model that appraises Red Flag car driver according to thought of grey system. Quantitative, normative and procedural appraisement for Red Flag car driver is to develop, appraise and examine We prove the practicality of the method by a case study.
