Abstract :
With the deepening of economic globalization, the scale and scope of Chinese enterprises´ transnational M&A is rapidly expanding, but how to coordinate the employment relationship with the counterparts has become a major constraining factor in the success of mergers and acquisitions. This paper analyses the reasons of conflicts existing in the employment relationship in Chinese enterprises´ transnational M&A and put forward the correspondent countermeasures. It also has played a referential role in providing effective measures to cope with conflicts existing in employment relationship for a growing number of Chinese enterprises which are implementing the ¿going global¿ strategy.
