Abstract :
This paper studies on the multi-attribute decision model of grey target, proposes a new model of grey target decision-making. First, the operator of utility transformation is proposed to meet the decision-maker´s need and improve the decision quality. Then an optimization model is established, and index weights are confirmed by constructing the Lagrange function. Finally, the method is proved feasible and effective through an example.
