Abstract :
Technology elements flow along the city and form the network flow of technology productivity. It is the law of economic development, and it is also the on the hot of academic community. Based on the perfect mechanism, this article establishes the multi-objective function model of technology productivity flow. It researches the optimal state solution of technology productivity flow and configuration of city network under certain restrictive conditions. It reveals the configuration mechanism that owning optimal size, scope and efficiency of technology productivity flow. It gets this conclusion that technology productivity flow of city network forms a dynamic network structure, and changes the layout of productive space.
